Client Agreement *

Edited Images from your session will be completed 2-4 weeks after session takes place. Your photos will be delivered via a digital online gallery (photos can be downloaded up to 6 months after session, prints can be easily ordered)

Client agrees to pay photographer agreed upon price plus tax at the session. The session cost covers the time and skills of photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer. Prints are available for purchase.

Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

Laura Vanderzee Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release is included with digital files to print portraits for personal use.

I hereby give to Laura Vanderzee Photography the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that she has taken of myself and/or my minor child.

If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. If bad weather prevents the photo session from taking place, photographer will find a convenient time to reschedule for the client.

Laura Vanderzee Photography asks that the final product of digital photos (delivered via digital online gallery) will not be altered, edited, cropped, retouched, or modified in any way by the client or anyone else. This includes instagram filters, color overlays etc. If you would like a photo changed from color to black and white or vice versa, please allow Laura Vanderzee Photography to do so.
