If you choose to see each other before the ceremony, this a sweet way of capturing the first moment you see each other. Please list any information about current family/friend/bridal party situations, issues, or problems that would be to my benefit to be aware of: My Commitment * My goal is to capture each wonderful moment of your wedding day with great focus on the details of the wedding preparation, ceremony, reception and any before and after special customs. I believe that life and love are beautiful, and will strive to capture all of your sweet and special moments. During the formal picture times, we will stage lots of fun and artistic poses of bride and groom, wedding party and family members at different locations of the wedding venue. The rest of the time, I will be looking for opportunities to capture candid moments during the ceremony and reception in an unobtrusive way for your entire wedding day. The couple will have printing rights to the edited digital photographs and will receive the photos via a custom digital gallery 5-8 weeks after their wedding, as well as a social media preview the week following the event. Because I am committed to delivering an exceptional product, I ask that no other photographers be tasked with capturing your wedding day. Guests may partake in photographing the event, but not to the impediment of Laura Vanderzee Photography. This includes the use of "professional" cameras, other camera flashes, guests stepping into the aisle--anything that would hinder Laura Vanderzee Photography from achieving our highest standard of excellence. If Laura Vanderzee is unable to perform to this contract due to any cause beyond the control of the parties, Laura Vanderzee Photography shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement. -A non-refundable deposit of $450 is required to reserve my services for your wedding date. 50% of the balance is due 90 days prior to your wedding (if applicable.) The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day. - Laura Vanderzee Photography asks that the final product of digital photos (delivered via digital online gallery) will not be altered, edited, cropped, retouched, or modified in any way by the client or anyone else. This includes instagram filters, color overlays etc. If you would like a photo changed from color to black and white or vice versa, please allow Laura Vanderzee Photography to do so. This includes, but is not limited to Engagement photos, Bridal Session Photos, all Wedding Photos, post Wedding session photos etc. Photo Package Price: * Deposit Paid? * $450 deposit required to reserve your date. Applies to package total. Yes No Remaining Balance: 50% of the balance is due 90 days prior to your wedding (if applicable.) The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day. Client and Photographer Agreement * Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. Laura Vanderzee Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release is included with digital files to print portraits for personal use. I hereby give to Laura Vanderzee Photography the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that she has taken of myself and the guests of my event.
